Little Giant’s Environmental Control Training for the 400,000-Layer Project in Thailand Successfully Concluded!

Recently, to fully enable the Thailand 400,000-layer project to master the key technologies of poultry house environmental control and achieve efficient and stable improvement of breeding efficiency, the After-sales and Sales Teams of Little Giant Husbandry Equipment Co., Ltd. traveled to the project site and successfully conducted specialized training on the Environmental Control System (ECS). With professional technical services, they provided strong support for the project’s breeding operations.
During this training, the Little Giant team combined the project’s actual breeding scenarios and adopted diversified formats including theoretical explanations, hands-on demonstrations, and Q&A sessions. They helped the project staff deeply master the key points of the LG800 Smart Ranch Environmental Control System (ECS) functional operations, mode switching, data query, and daily maintenance, ensuring every operator can proficiently use the system to accurately regulate the poultry house environment. This provided solid technical support for the project’s efficient operation in the subsequent phase.
As Little Giant’s core environmental control product, the LG800 Smart Ranch ECS has become the "smart brain" for large-scale poultry house environmental management, thanks to its outstanding performance and high stability. Deeply integrated with cutting-edge intelligent control technology, it integrates core functions including ventilation management, temperature and humidity regulation, lighting control, heating and cooling linkage, feeding coordination, and alarm & early warning.
By connecting to equipment such as fans, air dampers, inlet windows, and wet pads, and matching with high-precision sensors for temperature and humidity, the system builds a coordinated and linked environmental control system. This ensures the poultry house environment always stays within the optimal range for layer growth, providing comprehensive guarantee for the healthy growth and high-laying performance of layers.In this project, facing the unique challenge of Thailand’s tropical climate, the LG800 System has demonstrated strong environmental adaptability and effectively coped with complex environments such as high temperature and high humidity.
