Brooding Equipment in Place! Little Giant Drives the Construction of Jiangxi's 2-Million-Layer Modern Layer Hen Farm into Fast Track

Recently, Little Giant’s 2 million bird modern model layer farm project in Jiangxi has achieved a critical breakthrough—all brooding equipment has been delivered, marking the project’s entry into the intensive phase of simultaneous installation of layer farming facilities.
Covering a total area of approximately 120 mu, the modern layer farm project includes the planned construction of two standardized brooding houses and ten large scale layer houses. It is set to effectively drive the transformation of the local livestock industry toward scaling, standardization, and intelligent operation. Upon full completion and reaching designed production capacity, the project is expected to deliver an annual output of approximately 450 million eggs, with yearly sales projected to exceed 200 million yuan.
Currently, the core supporting equipment for two 5-row, 7-tier brooding houses has been delivered. The equipment is equipped with an automated traveling feeding system, which not only significantly improves feeding efficiency and reduces labor costs but also provides chicks with a stable and secure growing environment. Meanwhile, the BL series 5 row, 10 tier chain feeding systems for layer farming have begun to arrive on site for installation and commissioning, laying a solid hardware foundation for subsequent large scale operations.
To ensure the efficient progress of the project, the Little Giant project team has closely monitored the schedule throughout the entire process—from early-stage equipment selection and planning to accelerating equipment production, installation, and commissioning. By strictly implementing quality control standards and maintaining close collaboration on-site, the team has carried out tasks with high efficiency and strong execution, striving to achieve early completion and early operation of the project.
