FEATURES

The aviary system is integrated with the chicken house, providing layers with cages,floors, perches and other different activity areas;

The system integrates the habits of layers and sets drinking water areas and feeding areas at different heights. Layers can easily jump and spread their wings to reach various areas.

Compared with traditional cages, the system adopts a door-less design, which does not restrict the layers' activity area, allowing the layers to have greater freedom;

The system separates the activity area from the egg-laying area, providing a secret egg-laying place for the layers, which not only provides them with an opportunity to lay eggs, but also ensures that they can get a short rest.

The system is equipped with a certain area of bedding sand bathing area and perching racks; providing scenes for layers to play and rest, improving the welfare of layers;

If conditions permit, the system can add additional outdoor sunbathing areas for layers, providing greater freedom and improving chicken welfare.

REST AREA AND ACTIVITY AREA

Cage system is divided into two layers, upper and lower, and two areas, left and right. It is equipped with perches for layers to rest. According to the breeding needs of customers, additional perches can be added to provide an enriched rest area for layers.

From the ground to the cage system , and the layers can reach different areas by jumping, spreading their wings, etc. to move around and rest;

The system is equipped with partition nets at different locations; different partition nets can be opened at different stages according to breeding needs;training can increase the amount of exercise for layers;

SAND BATH AREA

The floor area of the house is covered with dry bedding to satisfy the layers' habit of foraging, sand bathing, chasing and playing.

The sand bathing area can be expanded from indoors to outdoors according to the customer's site conditions, so that the layers can go outdoors to enjoy sand bathing, play, and sunshine, and get closer to the welfare of nature;

EGG LAYING AREA

The cage system is equipped with egg-laying nests, which are located on the left and right sides of the cage. The nests are covered with soft straw mats and equipped with curtains, providing a quiet and private egg-laying environment for the layers.

The egg-laying nest can be automatically adjusted and closed according to the use demand; it is opened for layers during the day or egg-laying stage; it is closed at night or before egg-laying to ensure the clean environment in the egg-laying nest;

FEEDING AREA

There are feeding areas on the first and second floors of the cage racks; the left and right areas are respectively equipped with feeding areas; the feed line adopts a chain feeding method, and a restricted perch rack is set above the feeding trough to ensure the cleanliness of the feeding trough;

The drinking water area is set in each cage layer, separate from the feeding area.

The layers will actively move to the drinking water area after eating, which passively increases the activity of the layers.

EGG COLLECTION SYSTEM

The eggs are collected in the egg nest and rolled into the egg-collecting belt from the nest. The egg-collecting system then transfers the eggs to the front of the chicken house. An egg-checking platform is set at the front of the chicken house to collect the eggs.

The egg collection system can be extended and designed according to the site and customer needs. The eggs collected in the house are transferred to the central egg conveyor line through the egg collection system and then transported to the designated egg collection site.

MANURE CLEANING SYSTEM

The system combines a manure cleaning system with a cage-transfer mode, and a manure receiving area is set at the corresponding cage position ; most of the chicken manure will be sent outside the house through a conveyor belt;

In this system, there are two sky corridors, through which staff can enter the center of the house to observe the layers and the egg-laying area.

There is a large passage in the center of the main cage , which can be opened regularly for chicken activities according to breeding needs. The staff can also go deep into the equipment to check the egg collection system and other conditions through this passage;
